BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd. is an insurance brokerage with 15 branches throughout southern Manitoba. We have been working with Shayne and Julie at Graphic Intuitions since December, 2007. They accepted the challenge of developing a new logo and look and helped us with the re-branding of BSI Insurance Brokers Ltd. They provided us with services and ideas for the many applications that needed to be looked after with the new look.

Starting with a new logo, we carried on to:

• Stationary (letterhead, business cards, envelopes)
• Outdoor Signage on the buildings for our branches (including design, finding a manufacturer, researching and applying the regulations, ie sign, height, distance from roads etc)

• Special campaigns (posters, ballots, contest draw material)
• Stickers and decals
• Special projects such getting as our BSI logo etched in glass or windows
• Design and print branch brochures, mail inserts, special program manuals.

We appreciate that they shop around for the best price AND quality of products we are needing. We like the convenience of the one-stop shop. It saves us a lot of time. They provide quality service. Graphics Intuition are the people we go to for all our printing and design needs.

I started working with Shayne at Graphic Intuitions in late 2011. The experience was so great that everyone I run into, I tell them about Shayne and his team at Graphic Intuitions. Whenever I need help, he always takes the time to solve my problems and never makes me feel like I’m stupid or I’m an inconvenience. You can easily bounce your idea off of him and he will go above and beyond the initial idea – thinking of ways it would impact the website and suggesting things that would perhaps be a better solution. He’s part of the creative process and always has a positive attitude.

His team completes everything extremely fast and you always receive an email letting you know when the issues have been resolved. With our website, we constantly add new items and Shayne is always right there – giving ideas and helping us create the most user friendly website. Working with Graphic Intuitions has been both a positive and collaborative experience. In my initial meeting with Graphic Intuitions, I was given the opportunity to share my vision and talk about the expectations and needs of my webpage. After sharing and introducing my project, Graphic Intuitions contributed further elements that were on target with the nature of my webpage. Graphic Intuitions created samples and templates for me to view and choose from which included my vision while adding their own sense of creativity. Samples were delivered quickly and timely which allowed for changes to be made and timelines to be met.

As well, due to the nature and content of the webpage, a confidentiality and privacy agreement was established and adhered to by Graphic Intuitions. It has been a sincere pleasure working with Graphic Intuitions over the past 7 years. While it was a big step to leave our previous supplier, it wasn't long before we knew we had made the right choice with Graphic Intuitions.
